Cons: need to offer the customer the option not to have someone sign or not to sign for deliveries under $100.00

Cons: actually they were the wrong one they did not work for us, we sent them back and have since ordered the correct ones and have been very satisfied.

Other Comments: We are happy with the product and have been happy with the rep Aaron who has helped us with the purchase and exchange process and will continue to purchase more in the future

Cons: It won't work if you try to change the shutter speed on your CCTV camera, the screen will go black. Not for configure the CCTV camera.

Other Comments: I bought this unit try to save money instead of buying a pro test view LCD since I am not a pro CCTV installer, I am just an end user who loves to do anything by myself. The unit works really well out of the box, no adjust needed. Decent menu to adjust, good image quality. However, as soon as I tried to adjust the shutter speed on my camera, the unit is out of sync and screen goes black. The only way I can recover my surveillance camera is plug it back in to DVR and reset my camera back to manufacturing. So, I still keep this unit for future use like monitoring nothing else

Other Comments: Called support, and it was replace with there other video converter which worked immediately out of the box with good quality pictures.
