The AVM features smart backup that allows a battery to save settings and information to non-volatile RAM in case of a power failure. This RAM saves all settings and levels to be restored. Once the power returns, the AV Matrix restores the settings within five seconds of restart.

The AVM features a 250 MHz bandwidth that allows for multiple video inputs such as composite, component, Y/C, RGB, RGBS, and RGBHV. This gives you a wider amount of video sources to choose from. As an added feature, the Audio/Video crossfade allows you to seamlessly switch between video and audio sources with beautiful transactions and increased precision.
