Pros: Excellent- Quick turn-around and delivered as promised

Pros: It works. Well, at least in our lab. We purchased and configured this device to rescue a customer who needs to move from one location to another before their T1 moves. It worked in the lab and we were able to create inbound rules to tunnel thru. The built-in DynamicDNS login in very helpful and works well.

Cons: Difficult to figure out. Configuration is very custom and not like standard devices we are used to. Support is slow and documentation is not up to date.

Other Comments: We will be able to give a full rating only after we use it in a production environment for a while. So far it looks promising.

Pros: Super fast shipping and mdse was exactly as described. The person that I talked to on the phone was very good helping me decide exactly what I needed and it works great.

Cons: was unable to get the router functioning with my Sierra AC881 which works fine in my laptop even after working with Top Global Support. Unit has been returned to Sewell

Cons: We tried to use it with a sprint card (on the list of approved cards) and it wouldn't work. we then tried to upgrade and using tfpt and the machine died.
