Description

The Gefen 1x4 Audio Distribution Amplifier maintains the highest audio quality while extending analog audio through four CAT5 Ethernet ports. The extended range is particularly attractive. The user may distribute an audio signal to multiple receivers up to 1000 feet away.

Distribution of audio is accomplished through industry standard CAT-5e cable. Keep in mind that each cable requires a Gefen audio receiver to convert the cat 5 signal into a normal audio signal.

Effective for music professionals or anyone looking to play audio from one source in 4 different locations. Flexibility allows the user to record and monitor on 2 separate channels leaving 2 ports open for other uses.
